FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Find answers about processes, materials, tolerances and production support for custom machinery components.
We manufacture custom housings, brackets, shafts, covers, frames, guides, fixtures and other components used in automated equipment, industrial machinery and production systems.
Our capabilities include rapid tooling, injection molding, CNC machining, die casting and sheet metal fabrication. The process is selected according to part geometry, material, volume and performance requirements.
Yes. We support functional prototypes, low-volume bridge production and repeat manufacturing, allowing the production approach to develop with your project requirements.
Common materials include aluminum, carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, engineering plastics, copper alloys and zinc alloys. We can help evaluate a suitable option based on strength, wear, corrosion and cost.
Tolerance capability depends on the material, geometry and manufacturing process. CNC-machined critical features can typically be controlled to ±0.025 mm when the design and inspection requirements support it.
Inspection can include calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM measurement and other project-specific methods. Critical bores, mounting patterns, alignment surfaces and mating dimensions are checked against approved drawings.
Please provide 3D CAD files, 2D drawings where available, material requirements, quantities, surface finish, tolerance notes and any important functional or assembly information.
